Sport teaches failure, this is where success begins: Bindra
During the conversation, Abhinav Bindra said that learning from failure can help you achieve success in the future. The beginning of a player's and a doctor's career is quite similar. A lot of hard work and focus is necessary for both players and doctors. During this, your failure teaches you. I have also achieved success by learning from my failures. I was able to win the gold medal in the Olympics only by learning from my failures. Abhinav Bindra told the students that real success is your happiness. Put your mind into every work. If you play, play with your conviction and try to give your best every day. Don't look at the competition, do your best work every day. When you will find happiness in your work then it will lead you to success. On the question of the students, he said that don't let your emotions get suppressed, because if they remain, your attention will be distracted again and again. Talk to your parents, friends and share your feelings. This will help you learn to stay happy and only then will you learn to do any work with concentration.
----
Build relationships, stay disciplined
Your success in sports also depends on your relationship with the coach. Similarly, you should have good behaviour with your coach in studies and every field, your friends, fellow players or your competitors. Pay attention to your coach and follow him while being disciplined to improve yourself.
----
Hard work is necessary along with talent
He said that making a career in studies is a good thing. You all are studying in Kota after thinking something. Go into any career but definitely stay connected with some sports. Because what sports teaches you, you probably don't get to learn anywhere else. Play for a short while but definitely play. By accepting mental stress, your anxiety about the result will reduce a lot and your performance will improve. Gold medalist Bindra said that the best way to improve yourself is to take yourself out of your comfort zone.
----
Learn from every defeat
I played very badly in the Athens Olympics, but when I analyzed, I found out that the base on which I was standing was shaking, so I didn't hit well. We should analyze every defeat so that we can improve ourselves. We can make changes according to the circumstances.
----
Be honest to yourself
Bindra said, you have to be very honest to yourself and every day before sleeping, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, did I perform my best? If the answer is yes, then you will find that you will get better results and if it is no, then you need to improve yourself.
